Responsibility
- Conduct Track Access Training for staff and contractor
- Assist in preparing the training plan,analyse and identify the Training needs, develop test and assessment criteria, implement training, administer test and assessment, and review and revise course material.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training
- Conduct training
- Assess staff with a view to certifying competency
- Verify Qualification of staff
- Maintain standards of training and training records leading to qualifications.
Requirement
- Local Degree / Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably minimum of 8 years of working experience in designing and developing training in railway operations
- Strong communication, writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Training & Development skills
- Preferably with ACTA / ACLP
