Gravitas is partnering with one the global Insurers to search for a Senior Project Manager to assist them in the large scale transformation project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- Driving and managing end-to-end delivery of projects.
- Working closely with the business and IT team.
- Leading and is the main PIC for the particular transformation project that this individual will be focusing on
- Identify and resolve business issues, exploring options and solutions.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and milestones.
- Good stakeholder management skill as you'll be involved in collaborating with C-suite executives by soft influencing them to assist in driving decisions and resolve conflicts at pace.
- Actively monitor the project scope and resources
- Actively monitoring budgets
- Jira and Confluence experts and using these tools to run Agile - hybrid projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in large scale complex projects within the insurance space
- Demonstrated ability liaise with multiple stakeholders and overseeing projects across various workstreams
- Strong communication skills
- Must have strong understanding of insurance processes
- Preferably has prior experience involved in transformation and data migrations
- Agile and Waterfall methodology
