Responsibilities :
• Taking off quantity measurement for preparation of tender/ quotation submission.
• Study thoroughly the tender drawings including checking through the specifications.
• Check the latest issued construction drawings and update the budgetary cost.
• Procurement of Subcontract and preparation of Subcontract documentation and agreement.
• Develop and maintain contract administration and establish project budget & cash flow.
• Review Sub-Contractor’s claims and prepare the interim payment certificate
• To acquire the information and write the contractual letter to the Main Contractor and/or Consultant whenever it is necessary.
• Able to handle fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• At least 4 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
• Good team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in other design related software such as AutoCAD
• Can work under pressure and team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
