We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Bartender who will be responsible for crafting unique and memorable cocktails that aligns with our brand.
Responsibilities
Develop and design an innovative and diverse cocktail and non alcoholic menu that caters to a wide range of tastes and preferences.
Ensure consistency and high-quality standards in all beverages served. Regularly assess and refine recipes to meet customer expectations.
Stay informed about the latest trends in spirits, liqueurs, and other beverage ingredients. Source and select premium, fresh ingredients.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and tailor recommendations based on individual tastes while providing an interactive experience for guests at the bar.
Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels. Implement cost-effective measures to maximise profitability.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Stay informed about licensing requirements and ensure compliance.
To assist in preparing and serving other beverages including but not limited to wines, beers, juices and coffee during service if necessary.
To assist in all other service tasks including table set up, taking food orders and serving food to customers if necessary.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender
Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Exceptional creativity and ability to develop unique and appealing drink recipes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus.
