We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and maintain accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
· Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
· Perform account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
· Assist in developing budgets and forecasts.
· Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
· Regularly follow up with customers regarding late payments to resolve overdue accounts.
· Work with auditors during financial audits.
· Analyse financial data and offer insights to aid decision-making.
· Maintain thorough records and documentation for all financial transactions.
· Support payroll processing and related tasks.
· Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
· Monitor cash flow and conduct bank reconciliations to ensure consistent funding for expenses.
· Manage month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
· Streamline processes and enhance efficiency by recommending relevant technologies and platforms.
· Provide financial guidance and support to local management.
· Any other tasks as assigned by team lead.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA certification preferred.
· 3 years of relevant experience.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to liase with our chinese counterparts.
