Working Day: 5 Days work week
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30AM – 6PM; Friday: 8.30AM – 5.30PM
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements on internal and external career portals.
- Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
- Manage and submit leave and claims to the portal.
- Assist in updating and maintaining HR data for current staff and new hires.
- Verify and update onboarding and offboarding data.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing in accordance
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline. Entry level are welcomed to apply.
