Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures related to warehouse activities.
- Implement 5S practices within the warehouse.
- Execute warehousing tasks, including inbound and outbound processing, and cycle counts, efficiently and systematically.
- Conduct visual inspections and report any discrepancies or issues with shipments.
- Assist the Supervisor in achieving all key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Carry out general warehousing responsibilities such as maintaining database accuracy, stocktaking, material handling, and documentation control.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and implement necessary changes.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance performance efficiency.
- Be able to lift goods weighing approximately 15-20 kg when needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably have 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with PCs, with a preference for familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Forklift and/or Reach Truck licenses are advantageous.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the job.
