We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team within our luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of delivering a world-class client experience. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the brand's values.
  • Drive store sales through effective clienteling strategies and exceptional service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, including personalized attention and after-sales service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain an elegant and enticing store environment that reflects the brand's identity.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
