- handle full set of accounts and able to close the books on time
- liaise with auditor and resolve issues and queries
- Manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets
- Audit financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns
- Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations
- Perform general accounts duties, reconcile the accounts receivable ledger that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
- Coordination with IRAS for tax matters
- Working capital and cash flow management
- Assisting with general administrative duties or any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
- Preparation of financial and statistical statements and report
- Handle for Staff CPF and Related HR Matters
- Prefer to accounting experience in Construction Companies
- Communication in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate
