- Handle full spectrum of HR and Administrative job functions
- Work closely with department Managers
- Assist in recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding activities for all employees
- Analysing the current headcount structure while taking into account pending/foreseeable personnel changes.
- Advise managers about the derivation of quantitative and qualitative personnel requirements planning.
- Responsible for payroll processing (below 30 staff)
- Responsible for annual budget preparation for manpower planning and personnel cost and HR related budget, working closely with the country Finance team
- Facilitate and support the annual performance appraisal, annual salary review and variable bonus exercise within set timeline and to ensure internal equity and fair market value.
- Responsible for conducting new joiner induction including training on corporate and local HRIS systems.
- Evaluate and identify training, this includes identifying and arranging internal and external training programs as well as delivery of programs as required by the Company
- Responsible for smooth and harmonized working environment in the office
