Human Resource
- Handle recruitment posting and interview scheduling
- Conduct orientation and exit processes
- Prepare employment contracts for staff, interns, and internal contractors
- Handle payroll and benefits claims processing
- Coordinate HR projects such as annual Performance Appraisal
- Coordinate staff training and development
- Support HR Committee and related meetings, including venue preparations and performing minuting
- Organise and support staff welfare activities, such as retreats and staff outings
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Familiar with the Employment Act and related regulations
- At least 3 years of experience in a full-time HR role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Relevant local HR professional qualifications will be advantageous
- Grade and remuneration will be commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
Good-to-Haves:
- Previous full-time work experience in the Social Service sector will be advantageous.
- Proficient in HR software/platform such as infotech
