- Manage the design, technical specification, selection, modification and troubleshooting of electrical engineering equipment, components and systems to provide electrical engineering support to construction, operations and maintenance and project teams
- Use engineering drawings, datasheets and layouts to support construction, operations and maintenance and engineering activities
- Manage project schedule, resources, cost and deliverables to minimize risk and improve productivity
- Effectively manage staff under the direct control of the position holder ranging from coordination to directing people and teams
- Manage clients and partners to ensure continuous engagement by gathering requirements and feedback and resolving issue
- Implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) procedures and put in place risk control measures to ensure a safe and reliable workplace environment
- Prepare business proposals to capitalize on new business opportunities and draft contracts and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- minimum of 2 years of experience or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with 5 years of experience.
- Is result oriented and possesses strong skills in planning, management, problem solving, communication and supervision of teams.
