Job Summary:
The IT Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the mosque’s digitalization efforts. This position
involves active participation in the Change Advisory Board, support for implementing a shared drive,
and overall IT project management. The ideal candidate should have experience in shared drive
implementation, familiarity with enterprise resource solutions, and proven project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Change Advisory Board (CAB):
Participate as an active CAB member.
Evaluate and recommend IT infrastructure and service changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align changes with mosque’s digitalization goals.
Document and communicate change management processes and decisions
2. Support Shared Drive Implementation:
Lead shared drive implementation and management for the mosque.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
Provide training and support to staff and volunteers.
Monitor and maintain data integrity and security.
3. IT Project Management:
Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Required Experience and Skills:
1. Shared Drive Implementation:
Proven experience in implementing and managing shared drives.
Strong understanding of data management, storage solutions, and security protocols.
2. Enterprise Resource Solutions:
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or similar solutions.
Ability to integrate ERP systems with other IT infrastructure.
3. IT Project Management:
Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Microsoft Project).
4. Skills:
Good presentation skills.
Able to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
