Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process of staff and workers' training programs, including coordination with internal stakeholders and training vendors, managing course registration and confirmation, conducting post-training evaluations, maintaining training records, and ensuring certification.
- Aid in the updating and upkeep of internal training policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), flowcharts, training calendars, and materials.
- Handle the administration and updating of training records, staff documentation, training budgets, and HR systems.
- Support mentorship programs, performance appraisals, and staff career planning by facilitating follow-up activities and communication.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal HR events, meetings, and staff engagement activities.
- Assist in the review and analysis of training reports and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Actively participate as a team member in various HR initiatives, including but not limited to training and development, HRIS, internal communications, and HR projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or related field of study.
- With ACTA or ACLP cert is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience, prior experience in training role or similar role is an advantage.
- Responsible, quick learner, detail-oriented, self-motivated and team player.
