Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Green Building assessments such as Green Mark, LEED, GBI and WELL certification.
- Conduct Building Physics and Building, and Day Light/Glare Simulation, etc. performance studies through calculations, simulations, data analysis for Energy Modelling, Thermal Comfort, CFD Simulation.
- Prepare calculations for Green Building Credit compliances such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc. and manage optimal and targeted credit compliance.
- Involved in energy audit, building inspections on related systems including mechanical, electrical, and process systems to determine energy consumption.
- Coordinate with project teams on matters related to Environmental Sustainability and green rating and building performances.
- Prepare & review reports, products, materials, equipment, specifications and any other documents that will impact the Green Building Assessment and establish optimal requirement for the projects before approval or procurement.
- Conduct workshops with various stakeholders including wider design teams, contractors, operation teams, etc.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations for various stakeholders of the project.
- Create and update specifications and Tender requirements for projects in line with targeted sustainability performances.
- Prepare submission documentation, coordinate and walkthrough for site and energy verification for completed projects along with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop bespoke sustainability strategies for specific projects and organisations.
- Technical analysis of energy and sustainability strategies for both new and existing buildings.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Building Performance or Sustainability. A Master’s Degree would be considered favorably.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental Sustainability for buildings, fit-outs and infrastructure projects.
- Significant experience with Building Physics and Performance analytical tools, e.g. Energy Modelling, CFD Modelling and Daylight Modelling, etc.
- Relevant Industry Accreditations in Green Mark, LEED, SCEM, WELL will be looked upon favorably.
