Responsibilities:
Internal and External training activities:
• Coordinate and track all internal and external training activities.
• Collate the training needs from the annual performance appraisal cycle.
• Support HR Manager to follow up on the execution of training needs analysis with various departments and stakeholders.
• Support training and development initiatives by sourcing training providers and relevant programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partner to design a comprehensive and engaging onboarding training program.
• Follow up on training evaluation and training effectiveness after each training.
• Compile training reports and statistics.
• Engage with government authorities for relevant funding, grants, and support initiatives.
Training Platform:
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop internal e-learning materials
• Upload the materials onto e-training platforms
• Invite and tract the progress of e-learning
Training Calendar:
• Maintain and publish the Training Calendar
• Ensure execution of the training programs on the Training Calendar
Company Values:
• Create awareness and promote activities on Company Values
• Propose initiatives and activities to promote the Company Values
• Facilitate inhouse activities to promote the Company Values
Talent Management:
• Maintain and keep an inventory of our hi-potentials.
Internship Program:
• Coordinate with various departments on internship programs.
• Ensure a comprehensive Internship Agenda is set up
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development.
• Passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
