About the Job
We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer for a regional pharma/beauty brand.
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 5 days a week
- Benefits: 14 days annual leave, medical benefits, hybrid
- Location: Novena
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of visually compelling digital content that aligns with brand identity.
- Conceptualize and execute brand representation within the established brand identity framework.
- Manage and maintain websites, ensuring they reflect brand standards.
- Create and implement creative visuals for e-commerce sites, including but not limited to Shopee and Lazada.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create promotional and advertising materials.
- Design a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, packaging, gifting designs and large format prints.
- Produce high-quality written and visual materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Support photo and video shoots, including planning and art direction.
- Plan and design layouts by analyzing information and materials.
- Illustrate concepts through rough layouts, considering arrangement, size, type, and style.
- Review and proofread all internal and external publications and promotional materials before print and distribution.
- Edit videos and create simple animations as needed.
- Develop product animations and training videos for platforms such as YouTube and social media. (a plus)
- Share concepts and design solutions with internal stakeholders.
- Execute all design work appointed by the company, ensuring consistency with the overall brand strategy.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3 years of graphic design experience. Ideally in Pharma/Beauty industry
- Highly proficient in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe Dimension or other 3D software.
- Strong skills in PDF and Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional creativity.
o Understanding of branding, typography, and color theory (plus).
o Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
o Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
o Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadline.
