Job Descriptions:
- Attend to customers individually, provide latest information.
- Keep up-to-date on store information and product knowledge to promote services of the company, employing a consistently high level of service.
- Maintain and update data bank of regular customers, ensure effective and systematic customer data resource system. Know the customers by their names and their shopping interests.
- Handle and resolve customers’ feedback / complaints; feedback to manager/s on customer’s comments.
- Assist with assistance calls from the boutiques on the Duty Phone.
- Perform Cashiering duties, stock control, merchandise display, online store sales operation and digital marketing.
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certification in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail industry
- Excellent communication skills, independent and a team player
- Service and sales-oriented, self-starter
