Job Summary:
The Office Manager will oversee the office's daily operations, ensuring a productive and efficient working environment. A key part of this role will be leading the office relocation and setup process, including managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new space. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for multitasking and a passion for creating a positive workplace atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Relocation & Setup: Lead and manage the entire office relocation project, including planning, coordination, and execution. Collaborate with real estate agents, contractors, and vendors to secure and set up the new office space. Oversee the logistics of moving office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during the transition.
- Daily Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Act as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure the office is fully operational and up-to-date.
Manage office budgets and expenses, including negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed. Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation. Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing company communications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing office relocations and setups.
