Responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger and processed invoices, staff claims, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial and management reports.
- Manage debt collection, send SOAs, and update the sales team on collections.
- Oversee payroll processing, CPF contributions, and IR8A submission.
- Conducted stock-take, reconciled inventory, and managed product costing.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tender business activities.
- Support audit preparations and ensure tax compliance.
- Managed purchasing of third-party products and support order processing when needed.
- Experience in managing Singapore accounts.
- Apply for work permits as necessary.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Singapore Permanent Resident or Singaporean
- Malaysians/Foreigners with E-Pass & S-Pass
