Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Administrative Manager will manage comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with employment regulations. The HR Administrative Manager will also oversee key administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and providing robust support to executive leadership. The HR Administrative Manager will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and selection procedures.
2. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and operations.
3.Facilitate employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting performance reviews, and implementing engagement initiatives.
4. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, updating company policies as necessary.
5. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements.
6. Coordinate and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
7. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all employee information.
8. Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of office facilities.
9. Provide strategic support to executive leadership, offering insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
10. Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing policies and practices that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
