Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills Required
• Minimum Higher NITEC holder
• Preferably 1 year experience in relevant fields
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
Other Requirements
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Prior experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous
