Shift Leads will help us achieve this future by managing a team of runners, fulfilling food orders, troubleshooting issues at our facility and managing stakeholders with a smile on their face.
Responsibilities:
- Be highly organized for delivery partners picking up orders
- Transport orders from kitchens to the central processing area in the facility
- Process orders and stage for delivery partner pickup
- Recognize and troubleshoot any issues immediately
- Be the dependable face of our business to restaurant partners that operate in the facility
- Facilitate community between the team and the kitchens
- Own issues through resolution with partners, other employees or 3rd parties
- Perform administrative duties that keep the facility running smoothly
- Respond to restaurant partner emails in a timely manner
- Be an active contributor to designing the future of food delivery with your teammates
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Requirements:
- Leadership experience with a food service, hospitality or retail company
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Flexibility (expect frequent change as we define the future
