Job Summary:
The Admin cum HR Assistant supports administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and effective human resources management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enquiry & Complaint Handling: Assist in managing and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from Subsidiary Proprietors (SPs) and tenants.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including the collation of weekly and monthly submissions.
- Customer Service: Answer phones and receive requests from SPs/tenants professionally with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Mail Management: Manage mail franking and distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
- Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Filing & Documentation: Establish and maintain a proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the properties.
- Inventory & Office Maintenance: Maintain inventory of office stationery, keep equipment maintenance records, and perform general administrative duties as needed.
- Recruitment Support: Arrange interviews and meetings for HR-related activities.
- Payroll Preparation: Verifying attendance, overtime, medical, and dental claims, and maintaining leave and HR records.
- HR Record Maintenance: Maintain employee records by tracking hires, transfers, terminations, and leave (annual, sick, OIL, etc).
