Roles and responsibilities:
· Research, Identify and map key companies in assigned sectors to assist marketing and partners/ consultants
· Prepare sector reports, research specific to country, region or industry
· Assist with research for mapping candidates for specific assignments.
· Assist in Industry research/news research where required including identifying key executive and board members
· Prepare and assist in preparing proposals, presentations and any such email / written documentation.
· Participate and help in executing marketing campaigns working closely with Partner/ Consultants
· Maintaining Customers/Clients/Candidates data and assist in email campaigns to target audience
· Conduct geography/ function/ industry research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
· Assisting executive’s agenda in planning and arranging client meetings, seminars/conferences etc and provide reminders and book meeting rooms.
· Assisting in the recruitment process including but not limited to arranging meetings/appointments and interviews.
Requirements:
· Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Business Management / Human Resources / Engineering / Biomedical or equivalent.
· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
· Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Experience in research methods and reporting techniques will be plus point.
· Able to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.
· Attention to detail.
· Knowledge of office administration.
· Integrity and confidentiality.
· Can work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
