Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial & administrative support to Paralegals and Lawyers.
- Responsible for drafting of Bills/Invoices for monthly billings, E-filling of legal documentations, document tracking, opening of file and general filing.
- Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate office operation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned in drafting and typing of letters.
Requirements:
- A Team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Strong organization skills
- Good attention to details
