We are excited to introduce our partnership with an international shipping company. They are looking for a HR Manager (Recruitment, APAC) to join their dynamic team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-commercial roles in the Asia Pacific region.
- Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to reach out to the most qualified candidates.
- Collaborate and develop excellent working relationships with hiring managers and colleagues across the region.
- Maintain and build our network of recruitment partners. Attend networking events to promote the company and find suitable partners.
- Plan and organize all campus and virtual career fairs inclusive of preparation of career fair marketing materials and ensure good employer branding is always in place.
- Prepare, plan, and oversee the internships and trainee programs.
- Maintain a strong relationship with government bodies (e.g. MPA) and oversee sponsorship and scholarship programs.
- Maintain and ensure that all recruitment records and employee movement reports are up to date.
- Maintain a strong people-orientation attitude and constantly prioritize employee care.
- Drive new employee engagement ideas.
- Handle and coordinate ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support the HR team for any ad-hoc requests as and when required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or any related field.
- Seasoned in the Singapore Employment Act and Labour laws, working with the Singapore government/MOM.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a must, any additional language is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a high sense of confidentiality are required.
- Must eventually be an advocate for the unique company culture.
