Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate company systems and implement recruitment strategies, supervise the recruitment process, including job descriptions, interviews, candidate screening and onboarding arrangements, ensure the efficiency and rationality of the company's key positions and staffing reserves.
2. Design and implement a performance management system to ensure that employee performance is consistent with company goals, and motivate employees to improve work efficiency and quality through regular evaluation and feedback.
3. Formulate and manage the company's salary and benefits policy to ensure that it is competitive in the market and in line with the company's financial situation, and regularly review and adjust the salary structure to ensure that employees' remuneration is fair and reasonable.
4. Maintain good employee relations, handle employee complaints and labor disputes, and ensure internal harmony within the company. Promote the company's corporate culture and enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion.
5. Ensure that the company's human resources policies and practices comply with Singapore's labor laws and relevant regulations. Supervise and manage human resources compliance and prevent legal risks.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, business administration or related majors.
2. At least 8 years of human resources management experience, including at least 5 years of experience as a human resources director or similar position.
3. Have work experience in Singapore or multinational companies, and have a deep understanding of Singapore's labor laws and related regulations.
4. Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to communicate effectively with company executives and employees.
5. Proficient in various modules of human resources such as recruitment, training, salary management, performance management, etc.
6. Fluent in English and Chinese to effectively communicate and manage multicultural teams.
