Job Description & Requirements
- Submit forms, document or online submit for building plan approval and permit for start structural works
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Etc)
- Answering and directions phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Analyzed daily management reports to identify new work orders, obtain status updates on upcoming due dates and confirmation of completed repairs.
- Communicated with and allocation of work to all parties.
- Laised between clients, designer & vendor and maintained effective lines of communication
- Maintaining a rigid filling system
- Assist on receive incoming cargo/goods from local/oversea and coordinate with buidling management for loading unloading cargo/goods.
- Handle any other ad-hoc work/duties assign by management
