Responsibilities:
- Assist in Accounts Payable functions
- Matching OC/TC invoices and perform data entry duties
- Prepare payment vouchers and cheque issuance
- Prepare daily cash flow report
- Recording journal entries and filling of documents
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum O level or LCCI diploma in Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Software
- Meticulous and able to multi task
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Hardworking, diligent and willing to work late to meet deadlines
