We are looking for an Administrative Kickstarter to join us on this journey across Asia Pacific to create and manage Administrative matters, processes, Company Culture and others.
Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Kickstarter
- Settle admin matters
- Set and create appointments for CEO
- Coordinate incoming bookings
- Setup terms and conditions, contracts, and all documentations
- Filing and ensuring all documents are filed and stored systematically
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 Years Administrative experience
- Fluent in English
- Able to communicate well in written and spoken English
- Willing to learn and meticulous in task
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak Japanese is highly advantageous
