RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan/deploy drivers for assignments and ensure all orders are fulfilled within schedule.
- Arrange for returning and collection of empty containers from Depots.
- Arrange import and export containers to customers.
- Coordinate with internal customer service on customers’ requirements in terms of schedule/timing.
- Scheduling of prime mover/chassis maintenance/inspection/repairs.
- Ensure that all drivers follow all safety instructions/requirements at all times.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level and above.
- 2 - 3 years of related experience.
- Computer literate with Portnet/CMS experience.
- Positive working attitude, a team player with good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people at all levels.
- Must be proactive and able to resolve operational problems encountered by drivers/customers.
- Above to work in a fast paced environment.
