Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

Job Description
Information Gathering:
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics teams to collect all relevant campaign information, including objectives, target audiences, messaging, creative assets, and budget requirements.
• Ensure that all campaign details are aligned with overall business goals and brand guidelines before passing them on to the execution team.
Coordination and Communication:
• Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and the execution team, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
• Provide the execution team with detailed briefs that include all necessary information for campaign deployment.
• Schedule and lead meetings to ensure alignment across all teams involved in the campaign process.
Documentation and Process Management:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign requirements, timelines, and any changes that occur throughout the planning process.
• Develop and refine processes for information gathering to improve efficiency and reduce the likelihood of errors or omissions.
• Create templates and checklists to standardize the information collection process across different campaigns.
• Ensure all requirements are gathered following standard lead time to allow ample time for execution
Quality Assurance:
• Review and verify that all campaign information is accurate, complete, and ready for execution.
• Ensure that any potential issues are identified and addressed before the handoff to the execution team.
Requirement:
• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in campaign coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, G-suite).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
