- Analyze tender document and review tender specification requirement
- Prepare costing for tender
- Prepare budget and breakdown based on drawings and document
- Handle tender clarification, fill in technical data, schedule of rates etc and submission of tender.
- Follow up on tender submission status with client
- Liaise with suppliers / in house vendors / sub contractors for quotations
- Prepare tender quotations including taking off, subcontractors outsourcing and costing
- Work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Mechanical services (ACMV and Fire Protection)
- Attend tender briefing, tender interviews etc
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in ACMV & Fire Protection field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering or equivalent.
