Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage the general accounting functions for group entities, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and taxes
· Responsible for general ledger activities and relevant journals as well as intercompany balances reconciliation, offset, allocation, adjustment for the group entities
· Responsible for preparation and closing monthly financial and management reports for group entities
· Check and ensure timely and accurate submission of quarterly GST returns
· Liaise with external parties including tax agent and corporate secretary to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
· 5+ years of hands-on working experience in accounting and finance
· System exposure in Microsoft Dynamics advantageous
· Meticulous and with good time management skills and are organised
· Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Ability to work closely with Senior Management within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
