- Responsible for sourcing Goods / Services as described in Purchase requests by vessels/office
- Ensuring PRs/POs are sourced/issued timely
- Ensuring that purchasing system and files are kept up-to-date
- Negotiation with suppliers to optimize costs and expedite lead time, where applicable
- Ensuring discrepanices in deliveries/services (e.g quantity / quality) are promptly handled and communicated to suppliers
- Working closely with Logistics team on delivery and shipment of goods to vessels/location
Qualifications/Experiences/Skills Required
- Diploma in any fields or equivalent
- Experience in procurement for OSVs
- Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Meticulous and good follow-up skill
- High level of integrity and resourceful
