We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Issue checks, update ledgers, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve queries and ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Perform both supplier statement and inter-company reconciliations to verify balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Process credit notes including sales discounts, sales returns, price protection, and sell-through rebates.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
