Roles & Responsibilities
• Supporting Sales on the pre/post sales activities relating to Information Technology focusing on Corporate/Enterprise market segment.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for customers
• Post-sales support, handle customers enquiries and provide timely resolutions to customer issues.
• Maintain, Build and Develop strong relationship with the customers.
• Submit regular reports covering technical activities and weekly update.
• Managed company’s list of technical assets, credential and customer maintenance contracts
Requirement
• Minimum ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Certification on related field will be a valued add.
• Hands on experience with one or more of the following: Cisco/ HP Aruba/ Juniper Networking etc.
• Prefer to have hands on experience in Wireless networking, System support MS server/ SQL, Active Directory, VM, Mac OS etc
• Cyber & Network security or other IT related certification/ experience will be strongly consider as well
• Result orientated, self-motivated, team player and with high level of initiative and integrity
• Possess good interpersonal skills • Possess good working attitude
• Ability to work independently • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
