Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes in line with company objectives.
- Design efficient production line layouts in collaboration with equipment engineers and testing experts.
- Define, maintain, and optimize production standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee the deployment of production processes and material flow, providing initial training and guidance to internal teams.
- Coordinate the qualification of new or modified processes, including conducting risk assessments.
- Evaluate current performance levels and lead improvement projects aligned with company standards.
- Support digitalization and smart factory initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Lean Improvement, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Candidates without experience welcome to apply
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CAD software, and SAP.
