As a International Relationship Manager at Conduit Group, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing relationships with our personal financial advisory clients, with a focus on Irish clients and having an Irish referral network. The job will require a minimum of 20 years of experience in financial markets and different markets. You will be responsible for providing exceptional financial advice, developing tailored financial plans, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients. This role demands a combination of strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Primary focus on the Irish market, as well as the European market with an Asian focus for both.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Have a referral network in Asia, Ireland, the middle east and Europe
  • Proactively engage with clients to review their financial plans and suggest adjustments as needed.


Financial Advisory:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients, including risk tolerance, asset allocation, retirement planning, and estate planning.
  • Provide personalized investment advice and strategies tailored to individual client needs.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.

Service Delivery:

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of client transactions and service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and increasing assets under management in the above regions with an Irish focus.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and new business leads.
  • Participate in marketing and networking events to promote the firm’s services.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in delivering financial advice.
  • Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with the firm’s policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with client accounts and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business (MBS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFP, CFA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in financial services in a client-facing advisory role.
  • Large referral network in Asia, Europe and Ireland.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MBS, BBS, QFA & MAS approved) are highly desirable.
