Responsibilities:
· Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
· Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
· Ensuring project deadlines are met
· Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and create functional specification documents
· Provides support in the execution of activities for and in monitoring the execution of project work
· Assists in the coordination / organization of relevant training and in the provision of user support to staff
· Managing expectations between project team and marketing team.
· Proactively help project teams in documenting road maps, forecast needs, alignment to solutions and dependency attributes
· Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
· A diploma or degree or certification in project management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
· Experience in an administrative or support role within a project team.
· Understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Familiarity with project management tools and software.
