Introduction
Responsible for developing design components for PDKs. Develop and deploy design components for PDKs. Provide best-in class, differentiated enablement tooling. Accurately represent semiconductor processes in client Design Flows that enable successful product designs work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
The Job
- Developing design components for Device library of PDKs, ie. Symbols, Schematics, Primitive Layout structures, Circuit simulation, etc.
- Develop, deploy, support and maintain Electronic Design Automation tools programming scripts to develop the PDK ( Process Design Kits ) for various Fabrication process technologies.
- Develop, deploy, support, maintain, PDK (Process Design Kits) Collection of technology files and runtime code readable by Electronic Design Automation tools
- Develop, deploy, support, maintain automation tools that represents the Semiconductor Fabrication process technologies, ie. 180nm, 130nm, 90nm, 65nm, 55nm, 40nm, etc.
- Review and interpret process design rules and SPICE model documents, in order to create specification data for the Process Design Kit development.
- Create and maintain test cases for Company's Process Design Kits / Design Rule Checks / Layout Vs Schematic checks and perform quality assurance checks to ensure error free deliverables to customers.
- Create and update release notes and application notes, and to document any known limitations, issues, and solutions, in order to communicate relevant information on proper usage of the Process Design Kit components to customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Microelectronics / Physics
- Open to candidates with no experience or new graduates
- Experience / Knowledge in Electronics design tools like Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor Graphics design systems will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor transistor/capacitor/resistor/diode looks like
- Any Programming skills - C/C++, Java, or Python
