Job Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operational activities, guide, train and develop the team on the daily activities of the HR operations team.
- Implement new company policies and develop processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs.
- Design, monitor, and improve HR processes, policies, and technologies regularly from a people-centred perspective.
- Develop training materials, and communications plan and engage with all stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented.
- Be a point of contact for employees in the business and provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
- Lead and/or participate in HR projects, events, and committees as and when assigned or appointed.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
- Working experience in the public healthcare industry is preferred
- Possess extensive knowledge of the Employment Act and Labour Laws.
- Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required.
- Critical thinker and process-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
