We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis and process improvement, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather information.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Utilize statistical methods and tools to interpret complex data sets.
- Process Improvement: Assess existing business processes and workflows. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions to address business problems and achieve strategic goals. Create detailed functional specifications and use cases for system enhancements.
- Project Management: Support project management efforts by defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams. Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Testing and Validation: Assist in the testing and validation of new systems, applications, or processes to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Develop user guides and training materials to facilitate the adoption of new solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Experience in [specific industry or domain] is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements management tools (e.g., BPMN, JIRA) is a plus.
