Job Description:
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering tams to create production line layouts and station setups
- Plan and manage material flow and handling, including Kanban material replenishment.
- Maintain and optimize production process data, including workflow, timing, and system parameters.
- Deploy production processes and provide training to internal teams.
- Update and sustain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documents (FMEA, Quality Plan, Work instructions, etc.)
- Coordinate the qualification of new or revised processes, including risk assessments.
- Assist in resolving quality and process issues.
- Lead improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Support digitalization and smart factory initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min 2-5 years of experience in Lean Improvement, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technology; IT skills are a plus.
- Creative and analytical thinker.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Committed to safety standards and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD, and SAP.
