Responsibilities:
· Perform daily accounting duties including bookkeeping, handling receivables and payables, maintaining general ledgers and preparing accounting schedules, etc
· Handle daily cash/bank transactions and bank reconciliation
· Assist in debt collection
· Support audit and tax filings
· Reconcile intercompany transactions
· Support the operational teams in maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships
· Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel, MS Words and computerized accounting systems
