As the Admin cum Account Assistant at Ilham Child Care, you will provide support to the School in the areas of Administration, Information Support, Finance and Procurement. You will be expected to handle in-house systems on student administration and Microsoft Office systems. We are looking for someone who is always willing to learn new skills, committed, responsible and organised. Digital literacy is essential.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Preparing of school fees, keying in and generating school fees invoices and receipts in Xero accounting software and collection of school fees.
- Preparing salary report, salary slips and CPF contributions for all employees monthly.
- Prepare the Director File that includes the updated staff details, leave records, medical expenses, monthly income and expenses and monthly profit & loss report.
- Stock taking for uniforms, school bags, pouches, communication books, uniforms, stationeries and all other items in the centre.
- Ordering of uniforms, stationeries, groceries and other necessities for the Centre.
- Prepare meeting minutes for all meetings involved and upload in Google Drive.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or administrative experience.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
- A committed and responsible person who is willing to learn new skills.
- A team player who has initiative and can help others.
