Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join their esteemed legal firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department’s daily operations and initiatives. This role requires a professional who is adept at handling a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The Senior HR Executive will work closely with management and staff to foster a positive work environment and ensure the smooth running of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the firm.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including coordinating performance appraisals, tracking employee goals, and assisting managers with performance feedback. Help develop and maintain performance improvement plans as needed.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. Handle HR-related documentation and correspondence.
- Compensation and Benefits: Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Ensure accurate payroll processing and assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs that promote a positive workplace culture. Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
