LevelUp Tuition Centre, located at Hougang Green, is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, helping to create a welcoming environment at our center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors to LevelUp Tuition Centre.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Promote and sell tuition packages to prospective parents and students.
- Schedule appointments and manage the center’s calendar.
- Assist with student registration and enrollment processes.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Provide administrative support to the teaching staff, including preparing materials and handling communications.
- Handle cash and card payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining records.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sell and promote tuition packages effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
Working Hours:
- Wednesday to Friday: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
