Job Description & Requirements
Objective / Summary of the Position:
- Delivering revenue, GP and volume growth targets thru global/regional initiatives via the joint efforts of all
- local Sales Leaders. Gain new customers to enhance the existing customer portfolio and therewith
- contribute to global/regional growth and profitability.
- Take full responsibility for the global business growth and commercial development for both targeted new clients and additional business penetration on an existing accounts
- Provide solutions to the clients through identifying, qualifying, consulting, developing value propositions and selling large scale and complex supply chain solutions
- Explore business opportunities among some new branded companies and grow additional business within the assigned account portfolio
- Preparation of tender documents and contract negotiation
Requirements
- Degree holder in Logistics Management or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a client facing role, preferably in International Freight Forwarding industry
- Strong knowledge of Logistics process and solution design outlines
- Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning a sizeable portfolio of new logo key customers, through combined personal and collaborative selling efforts.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills
